I discovered that, for teams to have that character, they must exercise 3 learned skills continually.

1. Get real: We need to know ourselves & one another in specific areas that allow us to take advantage of team strengths. This takes you way past superficial!

2. Get together: We need to be unified to take advantage of a coordinated purpose and goal for success. Unity comes through a commitment to the right process!

3. Get better: We need to improve in team and individual health and skills. You must stay on the ‘change or die’ edge of development!
